Purpose:
This survey aims to determine the needs, experiences, and perspectives of Water District employees on gender equality, workplace conditions, employee welfare, and Gender and Development (GAD). The results will be used as baseline information in the preparation of the Water District’s GAD Agenda, GAD Programs, Activities and Projects (PAPs), and GAD Plans and Budgets (GPBs).
