What is PHILGEPS?

The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) is the central electronic portal for all government procurement activities in the Philippines. It serves as the primary platform for posting bid notices, announcements, and awards in compliance with Republic Act 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act).

CABWAD and PhilGEPS

Cabuyao Water District is registered with PhilGEPS to ensure that all procurement activities — from infrastructure projects to supply and service contracts — are conducted in a transparent, competitive, and equitable manner. All prospective bidders and suppliers are required to register with PhilGEPS to participate in CABWAD’s procurement opportunities.

Procurement Guidelines

All procurement activities of CABWAD are governed by RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The district’s Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) ensures that all procurement is conducted with fairness, transparency, and competitiveness.

Registration Process

Suppliers, contractors, and consultants interested in doing business with CABWAD must:

Register as a PhilGEPS member through the official PhilGEPS website.
Submit the required documentary requirements to the PhilGEPS Accrediting Body.
Secure a PhilGEPS Registration Number and Certificate.
Monitor CABWAD bid notices posted on the PhilGEPS portal and this page.
